Our 2015 AGM took place on Thursday January 8th in Dillon’s Ballinamuck. Thank you to all who attended.
Main points from the night were as follows:
– New Committee:
Captain – Neil Brady
Vice Captain – John Crowe
Secretary – Sean Lennon
Treasurer – Aidan McKenna
– Courses selected for the coming year:
Druids Glen, Slieve Russell, Moyvalley, Roscommon, Strandhill, CoMeath Golf Club, Knightsbrook, Glasson, Ballinamore, Tullamore. Reserves: Rathcore, New Forest, Longford, Carton House.
Final schedule will be on the website in the coming week.
Our first outing will be in Ballinamore on Sunday February 1st.
– New members for the coming year will have free membership for 2015.
– Annual trip away will be in Praia Da Rocha, Portimao, Portugal on October 8th for 4 nights and 3 rounds of golf. Total price currently €615 (see separate post for further details). Deposits for anyone interested in going will need to be paid by the first outing to allow booking of flights etc before prices rise.
